Málaga | On-site | Specialist in Used Vehicles The Mission At COVEI, official IVECO dealer, we not only sell trucks and vans; we drive our clients' business. We are seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Advisor with a proactive mindset to manage our used fleet, turning every unit into a success opportunity for transporters and companies in the region. 🏁 Your mission is to lead the complete cycle: from prospecting and technical appraisal to final negotiation and delivery. You will be the visible face of the trust and quality that define COVEI in the industrial sector. 📈 What impact will you have? - 360° management of Used Vehicles: You will be responsible for the entire process: prospecting, expert valuation, workshop preparation, and strategic stock presentation. 🛠️ - Specialized Advisory: You will attend to and build loyalty with in-person and telephone clients, identifying their technical needs and offering the exact transport solution. 📞 - Financial Engineering: You will negotiate commercial terms and financing solutions with clients and entities, closing profitable and secure transactions. ⚙️ - Total Synchronization: You will coordinate with Workshop and Parts to ensure each industrial vehicle is ready in record time, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. 🤝 - Digital Push: You will use CRM to not miss a lead and will participate in marketing actions so that our stock is the most visible in the market. 💻 Who are we looking for? - Experience: 1-2 years in commercial roles, ideally in industrial vehicles, used vehicles (VO) or official dealerships. 🧠 - Commercial DNA: Goal-oriented profile, with high negotiation and closing abilities for complex sales. 🦁 - Technical Knowledge: Ability to evaluate vehicles and understand the specifics of the industrial market. 🔍 - Communication Skills: An organized, autonomous person with excellent interaction with clients and the internal team. 🗣️ - Requirement: Valid B driving license and proficiency in using computer tools (MS Office/CRM). ✍️ What do we offer? - Stability in a Leader: Immediate incorporation into an established group and official reference of the IVECO brand. 🏢 - Compensation Package: Salary composed of a fixed base + attractive variable based on achieved targets. 💰 - Elite Training: Ongoing update plan on IVECO products and advanced VO sales techniques. 🔝 - Real Development: Opportunities for internal promotion within the COVEI Group ecosystem. 🚀 - Professional Environment: A collaborative setting with all necessary resources so that your only concern is selling. 🤝
