The Challenge: Technical advisory, development, deployment and execution of internal audits in management systems under ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) for industrial clients across diverse sectors in the Valencian Community. The main objective is to provide a field-based consultancy service that is close, rigorous and autonomous, ensuring regulatory compliance and direct intervention at client facilities.

The Mission
We seek a Technical Consultant for Management Systems with proven external consulting experience.
Your main mission will be the end-to-end execution of ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) implementation and maintenance projects and the conduct of internal audits at client facilities. You will work with a high degree of autonomy and field presence (100% direct client interventions), traveling within the assigned operating radius.
What impact will you have?
- ISO Implementation and Consulting (60% of activity): Design, development, and deployment of management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 across multisector clients.
- Internal Audits (30% of activity): Planning and execution of internal system audits, assessing regulatory compliance, identifying deviations and proposing corrective action plans.
- Client Interaction (10% of activity): Continuous technical advice to quality/environment/PRL managers, ensuring service satisfaction and maintenance of systems.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, the following must be met:
- External Consulting Experience: 4–6 years of demonstrable experience in consulting firms and delivering internal audits at multiple clients and industries. (Note: profiles with ISO experience limited to a single internal company will not be considered).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Proven technical expertise in implementation and auditing of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Knowledge of additional standards will be valued.
- Education: University degree (any field), complemented with a Master’s or specialized/certified training in ISO Management Systems.
- Mobility and Driving License: Valid driving license B and availability to travel within a 200 km radius for on-site client service.
- Key Competencies: High autonomy, proactivity, adaptability to different industries and strong communication and client liaison skills.
- Languages: Fluent/native Spanish. English proficiency valued but not essential.
