The Mission
You will work for a leading German multinational manufacturing machinery and sustainable chemicals for technical cleaning and industrial degreasing. We are looking for a Técnico/a Comercial for the Catalonia region (preferably based in Tarragona or Barcelona) with a strong commercial drive and not afraid to get hands dirty. 🚀
Your mission will not be to sell from a catalog in an office; you will be the engine that opens markets in workshops, rail contracting and manufacturing plants. Your day-to-day will consist of loading samples into the car, donning PPE, and demonstrating on-site to technicians and workshop managers why our biological technology outperforms traditional solvents. 📈
Impact you will have
- Active Prospecting and Closing: You will lead new customer acquisition in the area through powerful cold calls and direct visits (degassing and painting industries). 📞
- Demonstration-Based Selling (In the Field): You will perform product tests on-site alongside mechanics and workshop managers if needed. ⚙️
- Technical Consulting 360º: You will deal with Environmental Managers, Workshop Supervisors, and Production Directors, adapting the solution to their technical needs. 🔍
- Operational Management & Resolution: As the sole person in the region, you will act autonomously resolving small incidents at customers (like changing a fuse or a pump on a stock machine). 🛠️
- Recurring Sales: Each installed machine generates recurring chemical product purchases that contribute directly to your objective pool. 💰
Who we are looking for?
- Commercial DNA "Hunter": Proven B2B sales experience (industrial, automotive, supplies or chemicals valued). We want a pure salesperson who masters the phone hook and closing. 🧠
- Hands-on Mentality: No rigidity. We seek a proactive, autonomous profile ready to help at fairs or resolve technical urgencies. 🦁
- Mobility & Flexibility: Availability to travel across Catalonia and nearby areas (Castilla, Zaragoza). Driver's license B indispensable. ✈️
- Languages: Native/bilingual Spanish. Catalan required for local market. English is a plus for international trainings. 🗣️
