We are not a traditional paint shop. We are a specialized point of sale where we help individuals and professionals find the exact solution for their painting and decoration projects.
We are renewing our stores and looking to hire a Store Clerk with energy, dynamism and a desire to connect with customers and keep the sales point in excellent condition. If you are active, with good communication and enjoy offering high-quality service... we want to meet you!
💥 ¿Cuál será tu misión?
You will be a key piece in the daily operation of our store:
- Assist customers (individuals and professionals) at the counter, understanding their needs with clear and approachable language.
- Prepare color formulations and mixes using tintometric machines.
- Keep the store impeccable: tidy, clean, with well-displayed shelves and careful window dressing.
- Manage incoming merchandise: reception, placement and identification of low-rotation products to communicate with the central office.
- Coordinate with the regional technical salesperson to assist professional customers who visit the point of sale.
- Work with in-store sales targets and internal incentives.
🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?
We want to add to the team someone with:
- Commercial attitude, energy, dynamism and initiative.
- Ease of communication, listening and explaining simple processes to individual customers.
- Proven physical ability to move, lift and place heavy paint cans and containers daily.
- Love for order, cleanliness and attractive presentation of the sales point.
- Residence in A Coruña or surrounding areas.
Additionally, we highly value:
- Previous experience in public sales in paint shops, hardware stores or construction materials.
- Knowledge or prior experience in handling tintometric machines and color refinement.
