Senior Sales Partnership Manager for Take A Chef

We’re hiring a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

Not a “just sales” role.

Not a “just account management” role.

This is end-to-end ownership of high-value partnerships.

You’ll be the person who:

  • Opens doors that matter
  • Closes complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Turns pilots into long-term revenue engines

What you’ll be doing

Hunting with precision

  • Identify and unlock high-value accounts
  • Craft smart, personalized outreach
  • Navigate decision-makers across functions

Closing with strategy

  • Run sharp discovery and understand how they actually operate
  • Build tailored pilots and rollout plans
  • Lead negotiations and land strategic deals

Expanding value

  • Stay close post-signature
  • Ensure strong launches
  • Spot expansion before they ask for it

You’ll thrive here if you…

  • Have 4+ years closing B2B deals end-to-end
  • Are comfortable in long, complex sales cycles
  • Can switch between strategy and execution fast
  • Know how to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Are fluent (C1-C2) in English (this is a mandatory requirement).
  • Can work 100% on-site at our Madrid office (Metro Guzmán el Bueno) with a flexible start time between 9:00 and 11:00 AM.
