We are hiring! SDR Team Lead – RawData At RawData we are looking for an SDR Team Lead to take on a strategic and key role in the growth of our sales team. We are seeking a profile with prior experience in prospecting and management who wants to lead the scalability of our demos. What will your responsibilities be? • Demo Generation (Initial Phase): Direct execution of the SDR process to understand in depth the prospecting operations and validate the current workflows. • Leadership and Coordination: Lead, mentor, and develop the SDR team in direct coordination with the CRO. • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Market Research team to optimize outbound contact sequences and efficient management of inbound leads. • Tracking Metrics and KPIs: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (calls, contacts, meetings, and demo conversion rate) directly in the CRM. What do we look for in you? • Commercial Experience: Track record as an SDR and proven experience in creating, defining, and managing commercial processes. • Leadership and Strategy: Natural ability to lead teams, motivate sales profiles, and contribute a strategic sales vision. • Tool Proficiency: Fluent and habitual use of CRM environments (previous HubSpot experience will be highly valued). • Languages: Knowledge of Catalan and English valued, though not mandatory.
