We are looking for a profile with a sales background, experience in mentoring, coordination, or team management, highly oriented towards metrics, problem-solving, and talent development.
● Lead and manage the Sales Account Executives team in your office.
● Support the team throughout the entire sales cycle: agent acquisition, closing, onboarding, and follow-up.
● Conduct continuous coaching, feedback sessions, and individual support to maximize team performance.
● Define, monitor, and optimize commercial KPIs (acquisition, conversion, activation, productivity).
● Analyze metrics and data to make decisions and propose process improvements.
● Collaborate with other Team Leaders and management to align objectives and strategies.
● Actively participate in real estate sector events, networking, and commercial actions for lead generation.
● Ensure the correct use of the CRM and the quality of the team's data.
● Previous experience in real estate or proptech.
