At Hanbai.io, we are revolutionizing how startups and scaleups build their commercial teams. Our Hiring and Sales Growth Partnership (SGP) verticals are growing fast, and we are looking for two Sales Team Leads who not only love sales but know how to lead through action and processes.
🧩 What do we do in these verticals?
Sales Growth Partnership is a strategic alliance with our clients to identify, attract, and train their next sales rockstars. It’s not just recruiting; it’s growth with skin in the game.
Our Hiring team is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and selecting commercial talent aligned with the company's culture and objectives, optimizing the entire hiring process from role definition to onboarding, to build high-performance teams.
🔍 Your responsibilities
- You will lead, train, and develop a team of 5 to 8 BDRs (and growing).
- You will recruit alongside the Talent team the next sales rockstars for our clients.
- You will design onboarding and playbooks from scratch, with weekly training and structured 1-to-1s.
- You will execute high-impact coaching (role-plays, call scorecards, PIPs).
- You will build and optimize outbound processes based on real data: cadences, funnel stages, deal properties.
- You will monitor critical KPIs: conversions, velocity, SQLs per BDR, call quality.
- You will own your OKRs, as well as those of the team.
- You will report with rigor: clean CRM, live pipeline, and actionable dashboards.
- You will act as a point of contact with SGP clients, aligning expectations, objectives, and continuous improvements.
👩 💼 What we expect from you
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or Sales Manager leading BDR teams (ideally +5 people).
- Proven track record as a top performer in previous stages as a BDR/SDR or AE.
- Real mastery of qualification methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN).
- Ability to design processes from scratch, with a startup mindset and limited resources.
- Solid judgment in data-driven decision-making: you know how to read the funnel and act accordingly.
- Deep knowledge of the modern commercial stack: Hubspot, Apollo, Clay, Aircall, Gong, MR tools.
- Mastery of HubSpot: from stages to cadences, custom properties, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience in structured coaching and continuous training.
- Emotional intelligence and situational leadership: you know how to prevent burnout and manage conflicts.
- Excellent oral and written communication in Spanish and fluent English.
- Natural leadership: charisma, active listening, and results-oriented.

- You have worked on projects related to sales, talent, or growth.
- You have experience in commercial recruiting or training sellers.
- You are a fan of sales: you read books, follow references, and like to improve your craft.
- You enjoy social selling and promote team positioning.
