We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to manage Madrid and Castilla y León (Valladolid, Salamanca, Zamora, Palencia, and Soria). Someone who enjoys direct contact with the laboratory and wants to grow in a highly specialized technical environment.
🎯 The Mission of the Position
Your goal will be to lead the growth of Teknokroma in your area, acting as the expert link between our manufacturing and the analytical needs of pharmaceutical, chemical, food laboratories, and research centers.
📋 Main Functions
- Business Development: Manage the existing client portfolio and proactively detect new market opportunities.
- Technical Consulting: Advise scientists and purchasing managers on HPLC, GC, SPE, filtration and related techniques.
- Consultative Selling: Prepare personalized offers, follow up on projects, and close high-value technical commercial agreements.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Teknokroma at fairs, congresses, and technical presentations, reinforcing our authority in the sector.
- Market Intelligence: Report trends, competitor activity, and detected needs to influence commercial strategy.
👤 Profile Requirements
- Education: University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy, or Biochemistry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. You must be able to speak the language of the analyst and the purchasing decision-maker.
- Mindset: Autonomous, organized profile with high self-responsibility. We value honesty and integrity as the foundation of the business.
- Languages: Fluent English level (capability for international training and technical reading).
- Mobility: Driver's license and availability to frequently travel within the assigned area.
- Plus: Previous knowledge in analytical instrumentation or laboratory experience will be highly valued.
