🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a professional in the tourism sector; someone who truly enjoys sales, customer service, and wants to grow their career in this industry; for the position of Sales Operations Executive.

Your mission? To be the operational engine that drives the success of our B2B and B2C sales in Spain. You will manage the complete travel operations cycle, from inbound request to final delivery, ensuring that every client receives an impeccable experience.

🔥 Your Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)

1. B2C & B2B Travel Operations

  • Manage inbound travel requests for business and leisure clients coming to Spain.
  • Work directly with travel agencies, tour operators, and international partners.
    Coordinate the complete travel cycle: request – pricing – booking – payment – execution – closure.

2. GDS & Proposal Execution

  • Create itineraries, bookings, and quotes using Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, confirmations, and travel documentation quickly and accurately.

3. Commercial Support & Deal Acceleration

  • Support KAMs by turning chaotic threads or incomplete information into structured proposals.
  • Add value by detecting objections, risks, or missing details from the start.

4. CRM & Data Precision

  • Maintain all client interactions, notes, documents, and deal stages in the CRM.
  • Ensure no lead, negotiation, or pending action is left without follow-up.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Identify bottlenecks (e.g., supplier delays, documentation errors).
  • Proactively improve processes to reduce friction and increase closing speed.

🏆 Who You Are

✔ More than 2 years in travel operations, TMC backoffice, hotel sales support, or similar.
✔ Mastery of Amadeus GDS (must-have).
✔ English B1–B2+ (you must manage interactions with international clients).
✔ Good command of Excel + CRM (you love organized systems).
✔ Calm, structured, and resilient — you know how to manage frustration.
