Sales Manager (Iberia) for Okoru Global

As Sales Manager Iberia, you will be the cornerstone of our growth and the absolute leader of our commercial strategy in Spain and Portugal. We are not looking for an executor; we are looking for a visionary strategist who takes full responsibility for managing our large accounts comprehensively and maximizes the potential of a consolidated commercial team, taking us to the next level.
📋Responsibilities
- 🚀 High-Performance Leadership: You will not only be the captain of our team but also the one responsible for motivating, challenging, and bringing out their maximum potential.
- 📈 Results and Pure Strategy: You will design and execute the annual Sales Plan focused on smashing the objectives and ensuring profitable growth across all lines. Additionally, you will develop our new Outdoor family from scratch personally.
- 🤝 C-Level Impact and Large Account Management: You will be the visible face of Okoru in critical negotiations with key buyers of major retailers, strengthening solid relationships and maximizing the average ticket and margins.
- 📊 Data-Driven Decisions: Thorough analysis of commercial KPIs. You will lead decision-making from pure analytics, getting involved in the operational detail.
- 🌐 Expansion and Synergies: Cross-functional collaboration with operations and marketing, and development from scratch of a new external network of agents to exploit alternative distribution channels.
🧠Ideal Profile
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years leading commercial teams and directly managing Large Accounts.
- Business Vision and "Hands-On" Mentality: You have a perfect balance between tactical/strategic vision and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get into the operational detail. You are self-demanding.
- Languages: We need high English (essential for the company's international future). Portuguese will be valued as a spectacular plus.
- Dynamism and Curiosity: High organizational capacity in changing environments, curiosity to adopt new technological tools, and willingness to travel across Iberia up to 50% of the time.
- Non-Negotiable Soft Skills: Zero individualism. We are looking for a communicative, empathetic person who generates good vibes but knows how to earn the respect and admiration of their team through technical and human quality.
- Mobility: Availability for strategic and, above all, quality travel.
