Your mission is to transform technical requests into real sales, detecting needs that the client has not yet seen, and ensuring that no opportunity is left behind.
🔥 What You'll Do: Commercial and Technical Dynamization
- Opportunity Management 📈: You will proactively follow up on technical offers, using phone and digital tools to close deals.
- Cross-selling and Up-selling: You will analyze customer needs to offer complementary solutions (cross-selling) that improve their energy efficiency.
- Remote Technical Advisory: You will resolve technical queries about pressures, flows, and products, acting as the first expert point of contact.
- CRM Mastery: You will maintain impeccable management of commercial activity, ensuring that the sales funnel is always updated and segmented.
- Strategic Tandem: You will work closely with the external sales team and your department colleague to unify the regional strategy.
🎯 Desired Profile
- Education: Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar). We value recently graduated profiles eager to learn.
- Commercial Attitude: "Smart" people, with excellent verbal communication and not afraid of the phone (resilience to "no").
- Analytical Ability: Order and method to manage a large volume of data and clients simultaneously.
- Initiative: We are looking for someone who proposes process improvements, tests new strategies, and does not just wait for instructions.
- Languages: Native/excellent Spanish. A good level of English will be positively valued for your future development in the company.
