You are not starting from scratch: you inherit a legacy of 40 years of technical relationships that you must maintain and grow. 🔥 What You'll Do: High-Level Consultative Selling
- Custom Solutions Engineering 🛠️: You will diagnose on-site industrial processes to design modular solutions that optimize the use of steam and energy.
- Strategic Portfolio Management: You will balance reactive attention to historical clients with the proactive detection of new energy efficiency projects.
- 360° Support: From taking technical data (pressure, temperature, flow) and quoting, to supervising the commissioning.
- Integration at Headquarters: You will take advantage of the proximity of our office in Sant Feliu de Llobregat to work closely with the technical and support team.
🎯 Desired Profile
- Essential Training: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar). We need that technical foundation to understand our clients' processes.
- Experience: At least 3 years in B2B technical sales or commercial positions with a high field engineering component.
- Residence: Must live in the province of Barcelona (knowledge of the local industrial fabric).
- Attitude: Proactivity to "pound the pavement," technical curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
- Languages: English is valued for access to international training and career within the multinational.
