🚀 Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US Market

Namencis Education is looking for a bilingual English Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand in the United States market.

If you enjoy outbound sales, speaking with professionals from different industries, and building opportunities from scratch, this role could be a great fit.

You will be responsible for initiating conversations with professionals and companies in the US who are interested in advancing their careers through high-quality online business education.

🎯 Your Mission

Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the US market through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

You will be the first point of contact for professionals interested in our business programs and will play a key role in the sales funnel.

📞 What You'll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Engage with US-based professionals and companies
  • Identify training needs and professional development opportunities
  • Qualify leads and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Communicate the value of our Master’s programs, postgraduate programs, and specialized courses
  • Maintain activity and pipeline tracking in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and outreach

🕒 Schedule

Due to the US market focus, shifts are aligned with US time zones.

Available schedules:

  • 9:00 – 18:00
  • 13:00 – 21:00

Hybrid work model: 3 days office / 2 days remote

First month: fully on-site for onboarding

💰 Compensation

  • Full-time permanent contract (40h/week)
  • Base salary around €20,000-25,000 gross annually
  • Monthly incentives: €1,500 – €2,500
  • Top performers can reach €50K+ OTE

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual English (C1–C2) — must be comfortable selling in English
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Resilience and proactive mindset
  • Interest in building a career in international sales
  • Previous experience in sales, SDR, outbound prospecting, or lead generation is a plus
