We are looking for Sales Account Executives with a headhunter mindset to continue expanding our network of real estate agents in our offices in Málaga, Barcelona, Madrid, and Seville.
● Attract real estate agents through active prospecting (outbound and inbound), networking, and referrals.
● Manage the complete acquisition cycle: initial contact, interviews, value proposition presentation, negotiation, and closing.
● Execute the onboarding of agents, ensuring proper integration into the business.
● Perform periodic follow-up of acquired agents to boost their activity and performance.
● Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline autonomously.
● Record and update all activity in the CRM.
● Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and commercial results.
● Previous experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace environments.
● Have previously acquired commercial profiles or agents.
● Knowledge of the real estate sector.
● Experience working with CRMs and digital tools.
● Ability to provide improvement ideas in acquisition processes.
