🍀 Your mission
You will be the person who brings coherence, order, and visibility to the entire internal operation: sales, marketing, and operations.
Your work will help Adaptalia function like a finely tuned machine: well-defined processes, reliable data, and teams that row in the same direction.
Your impact will be clear: making what matters flow without noise.
💡 What you will do
- Maintain and optimize our CRM (primarily HubSpot), ensuring that the data speaks and does not hide.
- Document and improve business and operational processes, aligning teams and workflows.
- Create clear, useful, and decision-oriented dashboards.
- Audit and clean data to ensure its reliability.
- Identify friction points and propose improvements as you gain knowledge and autonomy.
🧩 What we are looking for in you
- 1–2 years of previous experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or similar analytical functions.
- Highly organized, analytical person with a process-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly.
- Native Spanish and B2 English for technical documentation.
- We do not require a technical background: we seek intelligence, judgment, and curiosity.
- Ease of working with diverse teams and maintaining order even when there is noise around.

- You have previous experience in startups or growth environments.
- It is highly valuable to have previous experience in tech development and/or integration between platforms.
