🍀 Your mission

You will be the person who ensures coherence, order, and reliability throughout the revenue operation: Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Your work will allow the commercial gear to function with precision:

  • Pipeline under control.
  • Realistic forecast
  • Useful dashboards.
  • Well-calculated incentives.
  • Respected processes.

Your impact will be direct on the ARR: less churn, more conversion, and greater predictability.

💡 What you will do

Maintain and optimize HubSpot as the central system of the commercial area (users, permissions, structure, and standards).

Oversee the daily operation of the pipeline: lead assignment, control of ownerless opportunities, and follow-up of “next steps”.

Build and maintain key dashboards for Management: pipeline, forecast, activity, conversion, and KPIs by destination/BDM.

Ensure forecast quality through stage review, probabilities, and data consistency.

Document and maintain commercial protocols (deal creation, mandatory fields, expiration rules, etc.).

Provide support in contractual documentation and processes that impact time-to-revenue.

Maintain external department tools and ensure their correct operational integration.

Drive improvements and automations in CRM to gain efficiency and scalability.

Align workflows between Marketing, Sales, and CS to ensure end-to-end funnel traceability.

🧩 What we are looking for in you

3–5 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or similar functions in a B2B environment.

Solid experience managing HubSpot (structure, reporting, and processes).

Analytical, structured profile oriented towards business impact.

Ability to detect frictions and propose improvements with judgment.

Autonomy, responsibility, and process mindset.

Native Spanish and operational English.
