🎯 Role: RevOps Manager (Fractional)
At Hanbai, we continue to grow and want to add a RevOps Manager with a strategic mindset and a consultant's soul.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with different clients, driving their growth from the heart of revenue operations — marketing, sales, and CS — with a global, analytical, and impact-oriented perspective.
You will be responsible for leading RevOps projects in a fractional mode, acting as the strategic figure of Revenue Operations in various accounts and coordinating with both client teams and our RevOps Specialists (experts in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
💡 What you'll do
RevOps Strategy
- Diagnose the state of marketing, sales, and CS for each client.
- Design the RevOps roadmap: processes, funnel, KPIs, and key metrics.
- Align teams, tools, and objectives around revenue operations.
Project and Client Management
- You will be the main client partner, supporting the strategy and execution.
- You will plan and coordinate projects with an agile focus.
- You will lead follow-up meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
Coordination with Specialists
- You will translate the strategy into clear technical requirements.
- You will ensure proper implementation in CRMs, automations, and reporting.
- You will validate deliverables and ensure process quality.
Analysis and Reporting
- You will define KPIs and metrics with the client.
- You will prepare results reports focusing on impact and learning.
- You will propose continuous improvements based on data.
Change Management
- You will support client teams in adopting new tools and processes.
- You will act as a bridge between business, technology, and culture.
🧩 What we are looking for
- +3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops.
- Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Background in consulting, digital transformation, or commercial management.
- Ability to lead projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills: you know how to make the complex simple.
- Intermediate or higher English (desirable).
