As a Mortgage Advisor, you will accompany our clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring that each step is clear, streamlined, and tailored to their needs. You will be their trusted guide, not just a salesperson.
📊 Analyzing each client's financial situation to offer them the best mortgage options.
🧭 Explaining every detail clearly, answering questions, and eliminating unnecessary technicalities.
🤝 Coordinating with banks, partners, and the internal team to speed up approvals.
📈 Staying up to date on products, trends, and changes in the mortgage market.
👥 Collaborating with the rest of the team to continue improving the Realista experience.
At least 2–3 years of experience in mortgage advice or similar financial products.
Good knowledge of the Spanish mortgage market and its regulations.
LCCI certification is an advantage.
Excellent communication, empathy, analysis, and customer service skills.
A proactive, collaborative attitude and a desire to build something different.
