🎯 Your day-to-day (technical, challenging, and never monotonous)
- Advanced platform management: configuration and optimization of campaigns on
Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms that are incorporated.
- End-to-end acquisition strategy: structuring funnels, testing audiences, mastering creatives, controlling automations, and optimizing complete journeys.
- Architecture of evergreen and launch campaigns (PLF), focusing on volume, stability, and efficiency.
- Scaling investment by applying proven methodologies: saturation control, frequencies, increment limits, CPL/CPA elasticity analysis, etc.
- Advanced data analysis
- Daily reading of key metrics (CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Interpretation of algorithmic signals (learning phase, delivery quality, engagement decay).
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards in tools like Locker Studio, Looker/GA4, Data Studio, or Power BI.
- Coordination with the commercial team to validate lead quality, correct the funnel, and ensure that acquisition has a real impact on enrollment and revenue.
- Management of an operational team (2–3 people): defining priorities, technical supervision, and reviewing results.
🧩 What we are looking for in you
On a technical level
- Full competence in Meta Ads and Google Ads at an advanced level.
- Expert mastery of scaling strategies (horizontal, vertical, structural).
- Proven experience working with education funnels, infoproducts, or high-volume B2C.
- Solid knowledge of tracking: UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs, Google Tag Manager.
- Expert handling of GA4, cohort analysis, events, and conversions.
- Ability to build dashboards and reporting systems that speak clearly.
- Experience in optimizing retargeting, middle funnel, and lookalike audiences.
