Your Role at Nomad 🛠️: As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be key in facilitating a simplified and direct buying experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- 📊 Conduct detailed financial assessments to determine mortgage eligibility and offer personalized advice.
- 🧭 Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- 🤝 Collaborate with underwriters and key stakeholders to expedite approvals.
- 📈 Stay updated with market trends and industry regulations.
- 👥 Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
What are we looking for? 🔍
- 🌟 Two or three years of experience in mortgage advisory or similar roles.
- 🔍 Deep understanding of mortgage products and loan regulations.
- 🇬🇧 English C1
- 📜 ACI certification preferred.
- 🧠Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to work in a team; adaptability; proactivity and commitment to excellence in customer service
