At Hanbai, we work alongside HASPAC TUNA S.L in the search for a Maintenance Manager for their refrigeration plant in Ayamonte (Huelva).

🎯 Your Mission
Ensure the maintenance and operational continuity of the refrigeration plant, focusing on industrial refrigeration.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the chambers and the industrial plant in general.
- Diagnose faults in refrigeration systems / industrial installations.
- Coordinate with the Factory Director and report progress and needs.
- Be proactive: identify tasks, organize yourself, and report (what was done / what remains / what is outsourced).
- Manage outsourcing of services, quotations, dealings with suppliers, ensure the quality of work performed.
🌟 Who Are We Looking For?
A technical profile with a real focus on electromechanics and knowledge of industrial refrigeration.
Essential
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration.
- Profile type: electromechanical / refrigeration technician.
- Industrial environment (ideally in food with chambers, could be meat products or similar).
- Residence: Ayamonte or surrounding areas.
