🔥 What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) with a hunger for growth, a passion for sustainability, and experience in the Hotels/Tech/SaaS sector. Your mission will be to manage and retain the accounts of large hotel chains that already trust us, ensuring they extract the maximum value from our technology.
🎯 What will you do day-to-day?
- ✅ Strategic management: You will be the main point of contact for large hotel chains, managing their transition to advanced ESG management.
- ✅ Retention and Up-selling: You will identify opportunities for your clients to adopt new features of our SaaS and AI platform.
- ✅ Impact consulting: You will analyze your clients' consumption and sustainability data to propose improvement plans that increase their "Eco-stars".
- ✅ Ecostars Ambassador: You will represent the company at industry events, reinforcing our position as leaders in ESG certification and technology.
- ✅ Internal collaboration: You will work closely with the product team to convey hotel feedback and improve our platform.
🔎 What we are looking for in you
- 🎯 +3 years of experience as a KAM or Customer Success, ideally in sectors such as Travel Tech, SaaS, Strategic Consulting, or Sustainability.
- 🗣 High-level communication: Ability to negotiate with executive profiles (Sustainability Directors, Operations, or CEOs of hotel chains).
- 📊 Data-Driven profile: You feel comfortable analyzing metrics of carbon footprint, consumption, and regulations like CSRD.
- 🌍 Languages: Native Spanish and Advanced English (C1), as we operate in over 40 countries.
- 🚀 Proactive mindset: You don't wait for the client to call; you anticipate their needs and regulatory changes.
- 💡 Bonus: Previous experience with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and knowledge of ESG regulations.
