What will be your mission? 🎯

  • Generate sales of ATEX and High Technical Specification lighting, especially focused on engineering projects.
  • Expand our client portfolio by including new engineering firms, owners, and large installers.
  • Design and present technical and commercial proposals that captivate our potential clients.
  • Proactively conduct sales visits to strengthen relationships and ensure sales.
  • Analyze clients' needs and offer solutions that truly make a difference.
  • Negotiate commercial terms to maximize project profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity detection to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive demand generation and create irresistible sales materials.

Required Competencies 👩‍💼👨‍💼

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • More than 3 years of experience in technical sales in the industrial sector.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work goal-oriented and use CRM.
  • A great dose of proactivity, dynamism, and superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Type B driving license.
