- Proposal ninja: Turn agreements into error-free proposals and budgets in hours (customizing T&Cs, rates, SLAs).
- CRM and GDS (Amadeus) expert: Keep working systems pristine (notes, next steps, docs attached) so no deal falls through cracks.
- Objection Intel Agent: Document every client hesitation for KAMs to address in real-time.
- Process optimizer: Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle (e.g., "Legal takes 3 days to review") and fix them.

- 2+ years in travel/hospitality ops (TMC backoffice, hotel group sales support).
- Bilingual detail freak: Fluent English/Spanish (contracts demand perfection).
- Tech-savvy executor: CRM, Excel, Access (pivot tables = your BFF).
