What You’ll Do

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify, prioritize, reach out to, and secure new business.
  • Leverage your existing network and continuously grow it through events, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Represent Indigitall at industry events, meetups, and networking opportunities to build visibility and relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to help them grow using our solutions.
  • Work with Marketing, Product, and Technical executives to create meaningful consumer-brand connections. 

Who You Are

  • Experience: 3-5 years in field sales, specifically SaaS solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Skilled at generating and managing sales pipelines independently.
  • Sales Style: Consultative and personable, a natural storyteller and listener.
  • Value-Driven: Understand value-first conversations and demonstrate Indigitall’s unique value.
  • SaaS Navigation: Expert at guiding buyers through significant SaaS investments.
  • Adaptable: Thrive in fast-changing environments and quick to learn new technologies. 
  • Extroverted and social and well-connected in the Austin sales ecosystem – you thrive at events, love talking to people, and build relationships naturally.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish would be a plus.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with Growth/Marketing teams or backgrounds in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, data storage/agility, or content marketing.
  • Located in Austin or surrounding areas.

Compensation and Benefits 🌴💰📚🤝

  • Salary: $110,000 - $135,000/year with OTE of $220,000 - $270,000/year, including bonuses/commissions.
