As Head of Growth at Pleez, you'll take full ownership of our Customer Success (CS) and SMB Sales teams, driving acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion at a rapid pace. You’ll work closely with our clients, refine our go-to-market strategies, and spearhead high-impact growth initiatives.

Lead and scale the Customer Success team to maximize retention and expansion.
Optimize and drive revenue growth by refining the SMB Sales strategy.
Own and execute high-priority growth initiatives alongside leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and customer success.
Develop playbooks, automation, and scalable processes to enhance efficiency.
✅ 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Growth, or Customer Success, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset – you act like an owner, not just an employee.
✅ High execution speed – you move fast, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.
✅ Customer-centric approach – you deeply understand clients' needs and drive value.

✅ Language Proficiency – Spanish and English are a must! Portuguese is a strong plus!
