Job Description: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔍Identifying New Opportunities: Execute high-energy outbound campaigns to discover new sales opportunities. Strategically generate leads to identify high-quality prospects aligned with our ideal customer profiles.
  • 🎯Alignment with Buyer Personas: Understand and adapt Trackingplan's value propositions to the individual needs of each buyer. Customize your approach based on deep knowledge of different buyer personas across various industries.
  • 🖥️Coordinating Product Demos: Facilitate the sales process by scheduling and preparing product demonstrations. Ensure these presentations address the specific needs of potential clients, achieving effective and convincing demos.
  • 📊Sales Pipeline Management: Actively manage and nurture prospect pipelines, using strategic follow-up tactics to convert them into real sales opportunities.
  • 📋CRM Discipline: Rigorously document all sales activities and communications with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring effective pipeline tracking and management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in high-volume outbound sales, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven success in qualifying prospects and managing pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and prioritize efforts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM and understanding of sales processes.
  • Dynamic and persistent personality, goal-oriented to achieve sales targets.
  • C1-C2 level of English.
