We are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor with a focus on order management, quotes, and customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction and loyalty. If you are proactive, passionate about customer interaction, and have experience in sales or the industry, ¡we are looking for you!

Position Mission:
Ensure the correct management of customer orders and quotes, as well as support external salespeople, with the aim of maximizing sales, retaining customers, and generating new business opportunities.

Main Functions:

  • Order and quote management: Prepare and manage orders and quotes, ensuring customer and external salesperson satisfaction.
  • Customer loyalty and service: Maintain long-term relationships with customers, resolve issues, and proactively address requests.
  • Search for new opportunities: Identify unmet needs, seek new products, sectors, and solutions that drive growth.
  • Participation in events and campaigns: Manage commercial campaigns, make calls and emails, and attend fairs or events to capture new opportunities.
  • Commercial strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that improve sales and profitability.
  • Internal collaboration: Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, administration, and marketing teams to ensure the correct execution of strategies.
  • Customer visits: Make visits to follow up on projects and strengthen commercial relationships.
  • Detection of improvement opportunities: Propose actions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training in sectors such as hardware, DIY, electricity, sales, or marketing (valuable).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in sectors such as industrial hardware, construction, electricity, or plumbing.
  • Competencies:
    • Knowledge in sales and customer service.
    • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
    • Experience in analyzing customer and market data.
    • Proficiency in office tools and ERP (basic knowledge in the sector is valuable).
