The company was founded at the end of 2024 and is growing strongly: we close about 5 deals per month, manage complex transactions for HNWI clients, and are building a high-performance team. 🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a young profile, with hunger, curiosity, and ambition, who wants to learn how to build a company from scratch, working directly hand in hand with the CEO.
This is a multifunctional internship, designed for someone who wants to develop skills mainly in the following areas: operations, processes, tech, automations. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to explore the following areas based on performance and interests: sales, legal, finance, partnerships… a 360° role designed to do it all.
If you want to work very closely with a founder, see how decisions are made, and quickly evolve in your career, this is the place. You just need the desire to learn and work in a demanding environment.
🏗 Processes, Systems, and Technology
- Maintain and improve the company's CRM and tech stack.
- Create small automations (Zapier, Airtable, AI, etc.).
- Support in the development, testing, and creation of AI agents that we use internally.
👥 Operations and Internal Management
- Prepare internal documentation, dashboards, and work structures.
- Coordinate essential administrative tasks: payments, billing, contracts, etc.
📄 Legal & Corporate
- Assist in drafting contracts, partner agreements, and internal documents.
- Research and prepare documentation for company incorporation and administrative procedures.
📣 Sales and Partners
- Prepare commercial materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with international partners to expand Altavista's network.
🎯 What We Look for in You
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience.
- Background in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Law, International Business or similar (other profiles with a structured mind are also welcome).
- Fluent English (C1); other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a liking for problem-solving.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, flexible attitude with a desire to learn.
- Interest in technology, systems, and/or AI (not mandatory, but highly valued).
- Maturity, precision, and eagerness to take on real responsibility from day one.
