We are looking for a Technical Sales and Health Partnerships Manager for a rapidly growing company, pioneering in offering natural and effective nutraceutical solutions to relieve symptoms of female hormonal health.

This role is strategic: you will be the key player in developing our professional prescription channel, building trust and credibility with leaders in the integrative health sector. We are not looking for a traditional medical representative, but a technical-commercial profile with strategic vision and mastery of digital tools.

📍 Location, Schedule, and Modality

  • Location: San Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona (15 minutes from Barcelona).
  • Modality: Hybrid
  • Schedule: Standard (e.g., 9:00 to 18:00), with flexible start and end times.

📋 Mission and Key Responsibilities

Your main objective is to build, activate, and manage a network of health professionals who actively prescribe our treatments to their patients, driving scientific credibility and B2B channel growth.

60% Strategic Relationships and Commercial Leadership

  • Acquisition and KAM: Establish and cultivate professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Gynecologists, Nutritionists, Physiotherapists, and Integrative Health specialists.
  • Technical Advocacy: Present and advocate for the scientific value of our nutraceutical treatments, acting as a technical ambassador for the brand.
  • On-Site Strategy: Identify and represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and key events to generate new contacts and activate alliances.

40% Digital Activation and Measurement (BDR Strategy)

  • Funnel Activation: Lead the commercial activation strategy of professional leads captured through webinars and digital training.
  • Prescription KPIs: Manage and amplify success metrics to reach the goal of 500 active professionals for the next year.
  • Digital Strategy: Propose and develop tools and actions that leverage the digital environment to maximize conversion.

🧬 What We Are Looking for in You 

  • Technical and Scientific Experience (CRITICAL): Background or training related to health, nutrition, or medicine, allowing you to communicate credibly in the medical environment.
  • Commercial Experience: Demonstrable experience in B2B sales or Partnerships roles to health professionals, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Digital Competence (ESSENTIAL): High proficiency in digital tools, management of lead funnels (webinars, funnels) and a mindset oriented towards maximizing digital reach (we are not looking for a traditional medical representative).
  • Outstanding ability to establish trust, have business vision, and autonomy to propose and execute commercial strategies.
  • Languages: Spanish (Proficient). Catalan and English are a valuable plus.
