We are looking for a Head of Sales Solutions to take the reins of our Consulting vertical.
This role is key to our mission of accelerating our clients' growth, so
we are looking for someone with a strategic mindset and leadership skills who can provide a clear vision
and tangible results.
👤 Responsibilities
- Oversee sales consulting projects: ensure our clients get the maximum value and results from their projects.
- Lead the team of consultants: be a guide for our consultants, driving them to achieve ambitious goals and optimize their performance.
- Attract and develop consulting talent: identify the best consultants to join our mission.
- Provide sales expertise and value: contribute your knowledge in sales and growth strategy to scale our clients' results.
- Keep the forecast updated 📈: accurately project and monitor project performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships: build trust with both clients and consultants, and know when to challenge their ideas constructively.
🧩 What We Look for in You
- Experience: +5 years leading commercial teams, ideally in dynamic startup or scaleup environments.
- Leadership and empathy: you love guiding and developing teams, with skills to motivate and align the team around objectives.
- Strategic vision and analytical mindset: you understand how to scale businesses, interpret metrics, and provide value-added solutions.
- Extreme methodology and planning.
- Organization and results-oriented: experience in forecasting and tracking sales projects, with the ability to maintain a clear focus on KPIs.
- Impactful communication: exceptional skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to challenge ideas and communicate clearly.
- Adaptability and proactivity 🔥: you feel at home in a dynamic environment, with a "let's make it happen" attitude.
- Languages: bilingual in Spanish and English
