Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative VP of Marketing to join our team and lead our marketing efforts globally, with a primary focus on the USA market  💼🤝

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market presence in the USA and globally.
  • Coordinate global marketing efforts while maintaining a primary focus on the USA market.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve the best ROI.
  • Report on marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
  • Drive critical brand activities and visibility efforts without relying heavily on external agencies.
  • Coordinate and manage the marketing agency to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Who you are?

  • Dynamic, creative, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Extensive experience in the USA and international markets (mainly Latam and/or Europe) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies independently without heavy reliance on external agencies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience coordinating marketing efforts across multiple regions and markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
