We are looking for our first Head of Marketing: a brilliant profile that will make every hotelier in the world want to work on their sustainability in a technological way with Ecostars
Your mission is to position Ecostars as the undisputed leader in the ESG Travel Tech sector, using digital and non-digital strategies. You will be the owner of our brand's voice and the engine that drives the company's recognition globally. 💎
Your Impact on the Team 🎯
As the area leader, you will work directly with Management and the Sales team to move from strategy to flawless execution:
- Brand Architecture & Narrative: You will define and protect Ecostars' tone of voice, creating a powerful narrative that connects with C-Levels of large hotel chains. ✍️
- Content & Social Media Strategy: You will lead the creation of high-value content (Social Media + blog + SEO + newsletters + non-digital…) to educate the market and build loyalty with our global hotel community (5k+ hotel clients). 📱
- Events & Experience: You will design and execute top-level international in-person events and webinars (especially in Europe) that are not only memorable but also become machines for generating high-quality leads. 🎉
- Growth & Paid Media: You will coordinate the digital advertising strategy (with agency support) ensuring that every euro invested aligns with business KPIs. 💥
- Analysis and Optimization: You will use data to understand the performance of each campaign, iterating quickly to maximize ROI. 📊
Who are we looking for? 🧠
- Track Record Leading Marketing in Startups/Scale-ups: +4 years of experience leading the Marketing department of a startup/scaleup. We want someone who has already helped a small company (ideally SaaS) go from anonymity to being recognized and admired in its sector. 🚀
- Hybrid Profile (Strategist + Doer): You have the vision to design an annual plan, but you're not afraid to write a post, edit a video, or set up a webinar tomorrow. 🛠️
- High-Level Communication: You are a natural "storyteller." You know how to convey complex concepts (AI, ESG, regulations) in a sexy and effective way. 🗣️
- Bilingual English (C2): It's a MUST. We operate in more than 50 countries; your ability to write and speak in English must be impeccable. ✈️
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy autonomy. You see a gap and fill it; you see a problem and propose three solutions. 💡
