5 Real Estate is an established and growing estate agency business operating across the Costa Blanca South and Murcia, with expansion into the Costa del Sol. The business serves an international client base and combines a strong physical office presence with digital lead generation, property portals and local/offline marketing.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to lead our marketing function, improve acquisition performance and support the next stage of our expansion.
Your Mission
Take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, lead our existing two-person marketing team and manage external agencies and partners.
Your main objective will be to generate more qualified property seller enquiries, improve conversion and ensure marketing investment translates into measurable business results.
What You\'ll Do
- Lead Google Ads, Meta Ads and paid acquisition, optimising campaigns, budgets, lead quality and conversion.
- Own the SEO strategy, working closely with external specialists on technical, content and local SEO.
- Manage website improvements, landing pages and digital projects, including our WordPress environment.
- Analyse performance using GA4, Search Console, CRM data and conversion tracking.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate investment based on commercial impact.
- Lead and develop the existing Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant.
- Coordinate external agencies, developers and specialist suppliers.
- Oversee relevant offline marketing, including radio, outdoor advertising, print and local campaigns.
- Support marketing activity across existing territories and new geographic markets.
What We\'re Looking For
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong performance marketing background.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, website management and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, conversion funnels and return on investment.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and challenging agency recommendations.
- Previous experience managing or developing team members.
- A hands-on, commercially minded approach, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions independently.
- Fluent professional English and Spanish.
Nice to have:
Real estate, travel, hospitality, or other lead-generation industry experience; CRM, marketing automation, multilingual SEO, and geographic market expansion.
We welcome experienced Marketing Managers and Growth Managers ready to take the next step. Previous experience with a Head of Marketing title is not essential.
