📋 What will you do in your day-to-day?

  • 🚀 Cold Calling and Active Prospecting: You will be the Jedi of the first contact. You will connect with our potential buyer personas to show them why our product is amazing.
  • 😃 Generation of value-added multichannel sequences: Are you creative? Perfect! You will design messages that not only reach but also captivate.
  • 🎯 Lead Qualification: You will be the master in discovering if there is a match between what our prospects need and what we can offer them. The Tinder of B2B.
  • 📊 Reporting & CRM: Hubspot will be your key tool. Give each other love and long live that relationship. 
  • 🤝 Collaboration: You will work hand in hand with the sales team to ensure a winning playbook and a pipeline that is always fresh and moving.

🧩 What we are looking for in you:

  • Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) in commercial prospecting or B2B sales.
  • We will love you a little more if you have successfully sold to accounting and tax advisory firms, labor offices, law firms, administrative agencies, or similar buyer personas.
  • You are excited by results and not afraid of cold calls. You know that each call is a new opportunity.
  • Amazing communication: You know how to connect with people and convey your message clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of activity with order and focus on results.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, the language of Cervantes, both spoken and written.
  • Valuable education in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • And above all, startup attitude: proactivity, eagerness to learn, and a desire to conquer the world.
