Description of the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director to lead the group\'s digital marketing strategy, coordinating a multidisciplinary team and acting as the liaison between marketing areas and the technical development team of Webs / Odoo.
Main responsibilities
- Define and execute the annual digital marketing plan for each web of the group (lead generation and e-commerce).
- Manage and coordinate the marketing team: SEO, SEM, Web/UX, Analytics and Design.
- Establish and supervise KPIs for each channel: CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, organic traffic.
- Be the marketing liaison with the Web and Odoo development technical team to ensure proper integration of lead flows and e-commerce data.
- Report results to general management with business vision.
- Oversee external suppliers and manage the team\'s tool stack.
- Manage the marketing budget and reallocate it according to performance.
- Align marketing priorities with ERP development cycles.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- demonstrable experience in multi-web environments or corporate groups.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and web analytics tools.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce projects.
- Communication and presentation skills to leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with Prestashop or similar e-commerce platforms.
- T-shaped profile with solid analytics base or deep specialization in one channel (SEO or Paid).
