Dental Laboratory Technician – QuickSmile

We are looking for a Dental Laboratory Technician who wants to grow with us, combine manual work with digital tools and bring that eye for detail that makes the difference.
What will you do day to day?
- Receive and prepare the cases that arrive in digital format or through physical impressions from clinics.
- Download and review STL files.
- Make basic adjustments to digital models in Exocad and check anatomy and occlusion with the help of photographs.
- Pour impressions in dental plaster and scan models.
- Progressively learn to identify whether the measured data is adequate to continue the treatment.
- Collaborate with logistics in assembling boxes, labeling, reviewing contents and preparing shipments.
What are we looking for?
- Diploma in Dental Prosthetics.
- Preferably, one to two years of experience in a dental laboratory.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and familiarity with laboratory processes.
- Experience with Exocad, STL files and laboratory scanners is valued. Advanced mastery is not required.
- Order, method and attention to detail.
- Initiative, willingness to learn and flexibility to collaborate on different tasks within the team.
What will you find?
- Permanent contract.
- On-site work in a close-knit team, with daily collaboration between the laboratory and logistics.
- Work hours Monday to Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Friday 9:00-15:00.
- Training and support from day one, gradually progressing from basic tasks to case review.
