Your Mission 🛰️

As a Customer Support Junior, your mission will be to offer a professional, close, and resolutive service to the doctors working with QuickSmile, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring that their daily inquiries and issues are addressed appropriately.

The role is aimed at junior profiles and combines phone support, inquiry management, and basic issue tracking, with the goal of maintaining a positive customer experience consistent with the company's standards.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day 🎯

  • Attend calls, inquiries, and issues from doctors through the enabled channels (Calls, Whatsapp)
  • Manage a high volume of interactions related to basic administrative and operational topics.
  • Provide clear and professional responses to customer requests, ensuring their correct resolution or referral.
  • Maintain close, polite, and service-oriented communication.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate cases that require it.
  • Mainly reactive support.
  • Basic administrative and operational attention.
  • Resolution of frequent inquiries
  • Referral of issues not related to the Customer Support area.
