At Andorrano 1968, we are a company with a solid track record specializing in the sale of gold and silver coins and bars as savings, protection, and investment.
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist and Telephone Commercial Management for our office in Barcelona. This role is fundamentally consultative, non-aggressive, focused on generating trust, security, and transparency for our clients. You will be the key contact point.
📍 Location and Schedule
- Location: 100% On-site in Cornella de Llobregat
- Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
- Summer Intensive Schedule: July and August, from 8:00 to 15:00.
📋 What will you do in your day-to-day?
Your mission will be twofold: consultative commercial and operational support.
- 50% Consultative Commercial Attention: You will answer calls and emails from potential clients, providing clear, direct, and concise information about our products (coins and bars) as savings or investment. The goal is to convey trust and transparency.
- 50% Order and Incident Management: You will manage the other half of the interactions, including:
- Order tracking ("Where is my package?").
- Technical incident management (issues with login, passwords, web access).
- Store support (stock and schedule inquiries).
- High Volume of Interactions: You will need to handle a volume of 7 to 8 calls per hour, in addition to emails.
- Channel Support: You will manage inquiries primarily by phone and email (Outlook).
- Training and System: You will be trained in the use of our internal and proprietary management system of the company.
🧩 What we are looking for in you
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in telephone customer service, support, or non-aggressive commercial roles. Experience in managing high volume of calls and interactions is valued.
- Attitude and Skills: Ability to convey clarity, trust, and professionalism to the client at all times.
- Communication: Proficient in Spanish and Catalan is essential.
- Languages: A good level of English is valued.
- Digital Competence: Minimum proficiency with the computer and the use of Microsoft Outlook.
- Culture: Ability to work on-site and closely with the rest of the team, taking responsibility for resolving inquiries without constant referrals.
