📝 What will your responsibilities be?

  • Manage customer service through chat and email, ensuring agile and resolutive responses.
  • Design and optimize standardized responses to improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to resolve queries and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement in service processes.
  • Document best practices and update the knowledge base of responses.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving incidents and escalating cases when necessary.

🤍 What we are looking for in you:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service, ideally in a digital or SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in Spanish and B2 level English.
  • Ability to efficiently and organized manage multiple queries.
  • Familiarity with customer service and CRM tools.
  • Proactivity and customer orientation, always seeking to improve their experience.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomy to solve problems.
