📝 What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage customer service through chat and email, ensuring agile and resolutive responses.
- Design and optimize standardized responses to improve efficiency and quality of service.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve queries and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement in service processes.
- Document best practices and update the knowledge base of responses.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving incidents and escalating cases when necessary.
🤍 What we are looking for in you:
- At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service, ideally in a digital or SaaS environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills in Spanish and B2 level English.
- Ability to efficiently and organized manage multiple queries.
- Familiarity with customer service and CRM tools.
- Proactivity and customer orientation, always seeking to improve their experience.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomy to solve problems.
