CRM Specialist — Hanbai

At Hanbai we are looking to hire a CRM Specialist to join our internal operations team and support SGP projects.

We are looking for a person with a CRM background, ideally HubSpot, interest in sales tools and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams. We are not seeking a senior RevOps profile or someone who has led complex implementations, but rather a person with potential, operational judgment and a strong desire to learn.

What you will do

  • Review and configure CRM, mainly HubSpot.
  • Participate in onboarding of new clients.
  • Understand the client tech stack and propose simple configurations.
  • Provide support to active accounts.
  • Coordinate with team leads and internal operations profiles.
  • Assist in reporting, account tracking and process improvement.
  • Learn and work with sales tech tools, prospecting and automation.

What we look for

  • Knowledge of CRM, ideally HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with B2B business processes.
  • Interest in tools such as Apollo, Clay, CloudTalk, Make or similar.
  • Ability to interface with clients.
  • Organization, autonomy and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Business orientation and desire to grow in CRM / Sales Operations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with simple automations.
  • Knowledge of prospecting tools.
  • Previous experience in B2B, SaaS, consulting, growth or sales operations environments.
  • English B2 for technical documentation and tools.
