🎯 Your day-to-day (yes, here you create with your hands, not just with your head)

  • Research trends: from the educational sector to pop culture, social media, digital narrative, and micro-communities.
  • Conceptualize complete campaigns: mother ideas, executions, visuals, claims, narrative lines.
  • Develop coherent, modern, and adaptable visual identities for different audiences and tones.
  • Create copies, scripts, and narratives for video, social ads, short formats, launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the paid, design, and product teams to ensure that creativity doesn't just remain a good idea but becomes measurable impact.
  • Propose fresh, agile, executable ideas based on a mix of creative instinct + understanding of digital behavior.
  • Keep a keen radar on what goes viral, what connects, and what excites today —not last year.

🧩 What we are looking for in you

Hard skills (the foundation of the craft)

  • Solid ability to conceptualize campaigns and translate ideas into visual systems.
  • Mature visual judgment: composition, rhythm, color, hierarchy, narrative coherence.
  • Deep knowledge of how social media works, especially in short and dynamic formats.
  • Ability to write emotional, direct, and intentional copies.
  • Experience creating for video: scripts, sequences, tone, narrative rhythm.
  • Ability to translate concepts into executable pieces, not just moodboards.
