🎯 Your Mission
You will be responsible for growing the business in the Salamanca area, combining:
- Management and loyalty of the current portfolio
- New business development through outbound prospecting
- Commercial attention both in-store and during client visits
- Closing sales and generating recurring billing
🔧What you will do in your day-to-day (the real sale)
- Manage and build loyalty with current clients (workshops, spare parts stores, fleets).
- Prospect and open new accounts in your area.
- Provide commercial attention in-store and conduct field visits.
- Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Organize your own schedule and sales routes with autonomy.
- Identify growth opportunities in existing clients.
- Report activity and results clearly and simply.
- Represent the Gualda Auto brand with professionalism and approachability.
👤The Profile We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in selling spare parts, automotive, workshops, or dealerships.
- Full cycle profile: you know how to attract, sell, and retain.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Autonomy, organization, and good time management.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, and build trust.
- Solid commercial mindset.
- Desire to be on the street, talk to clients, and close sales.
💰 Conditions
- Fixed salary + Variable: commissions from the first sale (scalable model).
- Tools: company car and internal training.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 13:30–14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
- Location: Salamanca (work in the area with a company vehicle).
