At Homter we are revolutionizing the real estate market in Spain, developing the role of the Buyer Agent. Our mission is to help buyers make a home purchase as safe and optimized as possible, offering comprehensive advice in the purchase process (legal, cadastral, urban planning) and securing the best mortgage financing.
We have a well-defined operation, technological support tools, and the goal of growing and consolidating the role of the reference Buyer Agent in Spain.
What Will You Do? 🏠💰
You will be the commercial engine of the company, managing the complete sales cycle of a highly consultative service.
- Prospecting and Contact: You will manage incoming leads through HubSpot.
- Consultative Selling: You will conduct discovery calls to validate the client and explain Homter's unique value proposition, advising on the buying and selling process.
- Simulation and Offer: You will prepare the feasibility simulation and offer to the client.
- Closing Deals: You will negotiate and close the signing of the Docusign to authorize the intermediation
- Strategic Accompaniment: You will conduct intensive tracking of opportunities, making a "heavier" follow-up of qualified leads who are deciding between brokers.
- Recording and Collaboration: You will record all commercial activity in the CRM, ensuring call quality and follow-up in the sales pipeline.
✅ What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar. Not essential if compensated with experience and great commercial sense. 🎓
- Experience: Minimum +2 years in B2C sales (essential), preferably in the real estate or financial/mortgage sector. 💼
- Knowledge: Minimum knowledge of finance/mortgages and real estate concepts (simple note, cadastral file, earnest money contracts, etc.) is valued.
- Digital Tools: Proficiency in CRMs. 💻
- Profile: We are looking for a startup sales: Proactive, organized, results-oriented, adaptable, with great commercial sense and a clear ability to navigate and seize opportunities at the right moment.
