🌆 The Challenge

Our commercial team is growing alongside exciting new projects and is looking for junior commercial profiles who want to grow with this real estate developer with 30 years of history. Join their mission and remember that you don't sell apartments or offices: you sell life projects and premium workspaces.

🔥 What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle of the active sales and rental portfolio of homes, business centers, and new developments. From lead acquisition to closing deals (with initial support).
  • Qualify potential clients by conducting solvency studies that ensure the success of the sale. Here we don't do cold calling; we manage and qualify inbound leads.
  • Manage your visit agenda and follow up on sales processes, providing personalized attention and conducting consultative sales.

🎯 We Are Looking for Someone Who

  • Brings their commercial spark and understands consultative selling. 
  • Is hungry to learn: you don't need real estate experience (if you have it, it's a plus), but what's essential is the eagerness to absorb knowledge like a sponge because we will teach you everything about this world so you can become an expert.
  • Enjoys teamwork: 3 young salespeople (26-34 years old) who grow with the project.
  • Driver's license B + own car (mileage paid for visits).
  • Masters the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and handles the sector's CRM, PrinEx.
  • Has availability
    • Winter M-F 9-14h + 16-19h (+ rotating Saturday mornings)  
    • Summer (afternoons until 20h + rotating Saturdays).
