Do you have experience in the pharmaceutical channel and are passionate about field sales work?

At Zoalfer S.A., a well-established company in the distribution of pharmaceutical products in the Canary Islands, we are looking for two experienced professionals to join our sales team: one in Tenerife and another in Gran Canaria.

We work with a highly committed sales team, with well-defined areas and direct coverage on each island. We seek to expand our presence without losing the personalized treatment that characterizes us.

🎯 Your mission as a Commercial Delegate

You will be responsible for managing and developing the portfolio of pharmacies on your assigned island (Gran Canaria or Tenerife). Your work will combine acquiring new clients with managing the current portfolio, adapting the offer to active campaigns and optimizing product turnover at each point of sale.

How will you do it?

  • Organizing your daily route of in-person visits to pharmacies.
  • Contacting current and potential clients to manage appointments and follow-ups.
  • Marketing our entire range of products, prioritizing according to campaigns and seasonality.
  • Detecting restocking needs and upselling opportunities at each visit.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, autonomously and swiftly.
  • Managing your activity with our own CRM, fully integrated into the ERP.

  • That you have demonstrable experience in the pharmacy channel (essential).
  • That you highly value having an active portfolio or open doors in local pharmacies.
  • That you are organized, autonomous, and persistent: you will know that in this channel, appointments can be challenging, but trust is everything.
  • That you have relational skills and are goal-oriented in sales.
  • That you know how to prioritize, adapt your schedule to pharmacy hours (morning/afternoon), and enjoy fieldwork.

📈 Objectives and commission system
