We are looking for a Commercial Advisor and On-site Operational Support for our office in Barcelona. This role is crucial. You will be the on-site contact point ensuring maximum security, transparency, and discretion in commercial interactions and the operational management of the safety deposit box service.
📍 Location and Schedule
- Location: 100% On-site in Barcelona.
- Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
📋 What will you do in your day-to-day?
Your main mission will be to generate trust and security through high-quality on-site attention, with a dual focus:
60% On-site Commercial Advisory and Consultative Selling
- Consultative Support: You will receive and attend to clients. You will answer their questions about investment in precious metals (gold and silver) and the private safety deposit box service.
- Trust Generation: You will provide clear and transparent information, focusing the conversation on asset protection and custody (investment and security).
- Sales Management: You will formalize on-site sales and perform the complete onboarding of new clients for the safety deposit box service.
40% High-Value Operational Support and Safety Deposit Box Management
- Access and Security Protocols: You will be responsible for managing and supervising client access to their boxes, strictly applying security, confidentiality, and discretion protocols.
- Operational Management of Contracts: Handling documentation, registrations, cancellations, renewals, and contractual inquiries for the rental service.
- Technical Support for Access Systems: You will assist clients with any issues related to technological access control systems (biometric, terminal login, etc.) that allow the use of the boxes.
🧩 What we are looking for in you
- On-site Experience and Confidentiality: Demonstrable experience in on-site customer service roles or high-value services, where discretion, protocol, and trust have been critical.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding ability for active listening, empathy, and professional in-person communication.
- Advanced Digital Competence: Essential high proficiency with computer systems, as well as handling internal management software and Microsoft Office/Outlook.
- Languages (Key Requirement): Oral and written proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English. (A test will be conducted)
- Culture: Ability to work autonomously, taking responsibility for maintaining the highest standards of security and service.
