Mission 🚀

We are seeking an autonomous field commercial representative for the North zone (Álava, Vizcaya and Cantabria). A proactive, autonomous field profile with presence or full availability in the area, preferably with Euskera skills.

Your main task will be to reactivate the brand in the area by recovering more than 400 historical accounts of pharmacies that lost attention due to lack of a presencial rep, and expanding the sales network by presenting a catalog of more than 140 references. You will work with full operational flexibility and autonomy (supported by samples, physical catalogs and direct technical training with the pharmaceutical director), with central administrative support handling invoicing and deliveries in 24/48h. 📦

• Reactivation of Dormant Accounts: Reconnect and restore the commercial relationship with the base of more than 400 historical pharmacies in the area. 🔄
• In-Person Visits and Direct Prospecting: Plan and itineraries weekly routes visiting owners and buyers of pharmacies and para-pharmacies. 🚗
• Full-Cycle B2B Sales: Lead the full sales cycle from agenda prep, technical product presentation and order taking, to new product launches and in-store activation. 🤝
• Commercial Coordination and Order Handling: Report orders and transfers (via wholesalers such as Cofares, Viapharma, Unnefar) to the administrative center for 24/48h urgent dispatch. 📋
• Fidelity and Recurrence: Maintain fluid contact with customers to maximize order recurrence and increase average ticket per pharmacy. 📈
