We are PuntoPost, the largest OOH logistics network in Mexico, aiming to become the largest in LATAM.
We are in the expansion phase after raising our latest investment round. We have a clear mission: to democratize logistics in Mexico, offering real and efficient alternatives to the limitations of traditional operators.
To achieve this, we are looking for 4 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are not afraid of "no", who love challenges, and who want to grow at the speed of a high-impact startup.
What are we looking for in you?
- Hunger and Drive: You have plenty of energy, you are proactive, and you don't give up until you get the meeting.
- Learning Mindset: You are passionate about improving. You receive direct feedback as the key tool to become a sales expert.
- High-Level Communication: You can speak directly with executives (C-Level) and capture their attention in the first 30 seconds.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales or customer service, and especially an unbeatable attitude, we want to hear from you!
Your day-to-day at PuntoPost:
- Hunting: Identify and contact the main e-commerce, retailers, and aggregators in Mexico.
- Impact: Qualify real opportunities and generate SQLs that move the business needle.
- Collaboration: Work hand in hand with the Growth team at our Roma Norte offices.

Conditions: 📍 Location: Roma Norte, CDMX (On-site). ⏰ Schedule: M-Th 9:00 to 19:00 | F 9:00 to 17:00 | + 4h Home Office, day of choice
